If the 2009 tax credit is not enough of an incentive, check with your local gas service supplier as they might also offer a rebate program. Which is exactly what my provider did. I saved an extra $300 of my total installation cost. We now have peace of mind that we will always have hot water no matter how many family member decided to come for a visit."
